James Halpin – President
As President and Owner of Platinum, Jim is responsible for overseeing all facets of the business since its inception in 1997.



Scott Robinson – President, Partner Affiliated Interests
Scott joined Platinum in April 2013 and has over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is responsible for oversight of affiliated companies.



Jason Dove – Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Jason joined Platinum in 2015 as the Executive Vice President, Sales Manager. As part of the organization’s leadership team, he is responsible for overseeing the sales of the company as well as development and expansion through hiring new personnel and managing client relationships.



Jennifer M. Gayle – Senior Executive Vice President, Chief of Staff
Jennifer joined Platinum in 2000. With more than 15 years of experience, she has developed a strong knowledge of the restoration and maintenance industry. Jennifer has been directly involved in the most vital components of the company.



Ben V. Papraniku – Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations
Ben has 21 years of experience in the maintenance, restoration and construction industries and currently oversees all of Platinum’s service operations. Ben started with Platinum in 2004.



Michelle Lopez – Senior Vice President, Sales Manager



Jeffrey Duarte – Senior Vice President
Jeff joined Platinum in 2018 as Senior Vice President, Co-Head of Sales and Operations responsible for enhancing current operations, sales and growing client relationships. Jeff came to Platinum following nearly five years running several service divisions and 25+ years in Management, most recently working for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank where he was the Senior Managing Director for 15+ million square feet of real estate.



Brian R. Marlowe – Senior Vice President of Sales
Mr. Marlowe joined Platinum as Senior Vice President of Sales in 2014. Mr. Marlowe is responsible for helping to grow the company’s contract sales and project work.



Mike Fotiadis – Vice President and General Manager / Washington, D.C.
Mike joined Platinum as Vice President and General Manager of the Washington, DC division in 2014. In addition to his time at Platinum, Mike has developed a successful track record of over 15 years of service industry sales and management experience in the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas in both exterior building maintenance and elevators.



Joseph Grieco – Vice President of Sales
Joseph has over 32 years of experience in the service industry. He joined Platinum in 2003 and is mainly responsible for developing new business and servicing his existing customer accounts.



Steven Ramku – Vice President of Operations
Steven has over 38 years of experience in the service industry. He joined Platinum in 1997 and is responsible for managing field workers, operations staff, handling project estimates and scheduling.



Ed Wasilewski – Vice President of Sales
Ed joined Platinum in October 2010. He has over 40 years of experience in the restoration and maintenance industry focusing mainly on business development and client relationships.



Albert Caiola – Vice President Corporate Safety Director



Pamela Mennella – Vice President, Assistant Chief of Staff
Pam joined Platinum in 2013 and is responsible for overseeing company events, charitable and entertainment spend, marketing, special projects and the management of executive support staff. Pam is also involved in the oversight and management of procedures and protocols throughout the organizations.



Tommy Boehm – Vice President of Scaffolding & Training
Tommy has over 40 years of experience in the metal restoration industry. In July of 2012, he joined Platinum as Vice President of Scaffolding and Training and oversees all scaffolding operations and required training for all Platinum field personnel.



Joseph Maldonado – Assistant Vice President of Operations
With 25 years in the maintenance service industry, Joseph is responsible for overseeing all Platinum’s major contracts and providing estimates for key projects.



Kathleen Odermatt – Director of Operations Administration
Kathleen has been a member of Platinum’s operations and support team since 2000. As Director of Operations Administration, she is responsible for all scheduling activities, purchasing of materials, supplies and uniforms.


Tony Okshe – Head of Metal & Wood Operations, Assistant Vice President


Angelo Sciarrino – Head of Stone Operations, Assistant Vice President


John Thurston – Head of Terrazzo Operations, Assistant Vice President



Kyle Dinan – Client Solutions Manager
Kyle joined Platinum in 2017 and is responsible for managing sales and client relations for the terrazzo and resinous division.
