Platinum Maintenance Awarded Facade Restoration Contract
NEW YORK, October 7, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) – Platinum Maintenance Services Corp has been awarded the contract to restore the exterior facade of 17 State Street.
Platinum will be removing the existing seal, cleaning and re-sealing the aluminum curtain wall panels, soffit panels and cross braces on the building. In addition, they will be sanding, priming and painting all perimeter columns and wall panels surrounding load dock.
Platinum has completed a number of exterior facade painting and restoration projects such as the painting of the facade at 1330 Avenue of the Americas and 485 Lexington Avenue and the cleaning of the exterior buildings at 444 Madison Avenue, 1133 Avenue of the Americas, 200 West Street and 300 West 57th Street (Hearst Tower). “We are pleased to be awarded the contract for this building” said Jim Halpin, Executive Vice President of Platinum Maintenance Services Corp. “This is one of the many ways Platinum can help our customers improve the appearance and increase the value of their buildings.”
