We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for sales growth by actively building and maintaining client relationships and ensuring clients receive exceptional customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an interest in working in the Commercial Real Estate Industry, then this could be an excellent opportunity for you.


  • Responsible for generating new sales leads and developing a client base
  • Develop strategic sales initiatives 
  • Maintain customer accounts to increase revenue by utilizing existing building relationships and attending networking events and meetings 
  • Initiate and maintain great relationships with industry contacts 
  • Manage day-to-day aspects of client relationships
  • Ensure clients are receiving the highest level of customer service 
  • Serve as a trusted contact and resource for clients and communicate and visit them frequently 
  • Provide any necessary updates to clients
  • Develop and present sales pitches or presentations to prospective clients 
  • Close business opportunities and cash jobs to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Become familiar with our services and our accounts 
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts 
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends, services and competitors 
  • Compose professional letters and proposals to clients on a frequent basis
  • Work with the operations and estimating team to provide cost estimates  
  • Coordinate with the operations and scheduling team upon acceptance of one-time jobs and contracts
  • Coordinate with accounting regarding invoicing and billing issues 
  • Manage and delegate relationships as needed to junior account executives to ensure accounts run smoothly 


  • Minimum of 5 years successful relevant sales experience
  • Real estate industry experience 
  • Proven track record of closing business deals 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional customer service 
  • Ability to take clear direction and work independently 
  • Strong communication skills
