Before Platinum begins a project, we carefully survey your building. Any areas that require immediate attention are reported to property management. A meeting is held to discuss recommendations and client requests. A project schedule is outlined and implemented. We’re in constant communication with property management and building personnel throughout the project. When a service is scheduled, a work request is completed and sent to the property. We follow-up to confirm access to the building and, if necessary, make client scheduling changes. After maintenance and restoration work is completed, we follow up with our clients to ensure that they are fully satisfied with the results.
